How something earns a place in the Vault.

1. Utility before novelty

A product should solve a repeated problem, simplify a setup, or hold up materially better over time. Feature bloat does not count as value.

2. Fewer, tighter picks

Weekly Drops stay compact on purpose. Each pick needs enough room for reasoning, not just a thumbnail and a button.

3. Best for / Not for is mandatory

Fit matters more than hype. We state who the product is for, who should skip it, and where the trade-offs show up.

4. Monetization cannot override judgment

Partner availability may shape whether we can monetize a page, but it does not determine whether the product belongs in editorial coverage.

5. Transparency is part of the experience

Disclosure, privacy, and contact pages remain visible because trust is a core product feature, not legal wallpaper.
